Products from Sew Me Crazy Creations & Boutique will be shipped via USPS. We offer first class, next day, and priority mail shipping from the site and you will be able to choose accordingly.  

Returns & Exchanges

Sew Me Crazy Creations & Boutique offers exchange ONLY on boutique items! Please contact the store within 3 days of receiving your merchandise to receive a STORE CREDIT.

Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Unfortunately, all sale items cannot be returned and will not receive store credit. All Sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. You may EXCHANGE only within 3 days of receipt on unwashed/unworn pieces and in the same condition with original tags still attached. A receipt, order number or proof of purchase is required to complete your request for Store Credit.

There is absolutely NO Refunds, Exchanges, or Store Credit issued on Swimwear or Lingerie or Custom Designs.

The Customer will be responsible for shipping cost associated with returning your item. Shipping Cost are Non-Refundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS flat rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

No Refund or Exchange on custom pieces this includes the Kay'She Collection.

You also have the option to opt out of having your item shipped to you and you will need to pick up in store within 5 business days.  If you have ordered the wrong size you can exchange your unworn/unwashed item, in the same condition with original tags for a smaller/larger size when you visit the store to bypass the shipping fee.
